Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We do not refund class entry fees. If you play for a class and are unable to attend then you can use the purchase towards a future class.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

We only replace/exchange physical items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us and we will arrange the exchange.

Returns

We only accept the return of physical items where a return has been agreed beforehand. Contact us and we will arrange a return. The goods must pass a physical inspection before the exchange can be authorised.
